Well it really feels like Christmas now, especially when we went to go see the Nutcracker in Asheville. Rebecca, our friend from Robotics danced in it, so we decided to go and support her. First though, we thought we should get some Christmas shopping done. It was like Chinese New Year in Shanghai. The mall was super crowded. Everybody had places to go to and things to buy. Mom had to go to Sears so Ri, Dad and I went to Barnes and Nobles. I think we spent the majority of our time there just trying to find each other. We ended up not buying anything! After that hectic experience we went to the calmness of a ballet. It was a wonderful show, it was the first time a lot of us had seen a ballet, so that was cool. I recognized a lot of music so that was exciting and the dancers were fantastic! Overall it was really fun and I think it got us into the Christmas spirit. | |
