We had a wonderful Christmas with family in NJ. Our cousins from California and from Arizona were there too and so there were a lot of people! We spent Christmas Eve at Grammy and Poppop's. We exchanged presents with each other and gave a special present to Uncle Pete and Uncle Eric- coal in a stocking! Well, it was Oreo cookie coal, so they didn't mind! We went to Candlelight mass at church at night. It was beautiful when everyone sang "Silent Night" and they turned off the lights so we could only see the light from the candles people were holding. The next morning, we found that Santa had visited! More presents- oh boy! Then, we went to Washington Crossing to see the re-enactment of the crossing that George Washington led across the Delaware all those years ago, on Christmas day, 1776! After that, we went to Aunt Mary's farmhouse to have Christmas dinner, with turkey and all the trimmings! Uncle Pete made some delicious dessert!
